KARINA NISTAL LIVE features local greats;
Guitarist Monse (Lozano) a patented inventor and entrepreneur, Gilbert (Juarez) a master of his own Trumpet, Bassist/Vocalist - Emilio (Garcia-Caro) a Geoscientist by day, Vocalist - Mimi (Garcia-Caro), and the latest addition to the group, Stephen (Araujo) Drummer and Sound Engineer. With this incredible line-up, the group is writing new music to release later this year. Karina Nistal Live aims to inspire and empower their audience to live in the moment and dance.
KARINA NISTAL is a vibrant bilingual singer & songwriter, with 7 albums, and 25 years of international performing experience. She has collaborated on tracks with artists and renowned music producers all over the world. Formerly LA-based, she now resides in Houston, TX, where she performs regularly along with her group, The Live Band, all local icons on their own.
Karina’s albums fuse every genre of music; hip-hop, retro, breakbeat, pop, alternative, dancehall, drum-n-bass, house, and even Latin jazz. She custom-tailors her sets to the audience. The Houston Chronicle has called her eclectic style “refreshingly…even astoundingly different.”
Her debut album, Nistyle introduced the world to ReggaeTron, a blend of Electro and Reggaeton that got her a nod from Billboard Magazine and an invitation to the Latin Billboard Music Awards. She has toured with Armed Forces Entertainment, performing on military bases throughout the Middle East. She has collaborated on several modest club hits with prominent international music producers such as Rebel Crew, DJ HAL, REAL6 and DJ Hiroking. Through L.O.V.E. Records, she has released 6 albums all with her signature diverse style. Soulspired, her latest EP was influenced by her personal struggles during the chaos of 2020. Since then she has released singles "Heaven Inside" (Music For Life) and "Feel The Love" (L.O.V.E. Records).
